During this workshop you will learn what the basic ingredients of bread, which is the difference between gluten and plain bread. You will learn about the various deli zone gluten-free whole grain flours and what the main concerns when baking gluten free bread. Of course you are going to work yourself and bake together with your fellow students a gluten-free bread. The number of participants is 4-6, so there is plenty deli zone of time for personal attention. We conclude the workshop with a simple gluten-free lunch.
