Nice is all. I have to admit that this was my favorite aspect of Italian cuisine, what is the speed of the fresh ingredients, or what was found in the house may not always agree something tasty and healthy. 9th May 2010. 13:28
Pastas and risottos me solve all the problems around the question of what to save for lunch. Mediterranean spaghetti, for example tonight. Similar pesto of arugula with only the addition of fresh goat cheese I have rules and I have nothing but praise. Risotto were excellent and every combination for yourself is very special, kantine simple, and perfect. 10th May 2010. 07:19

Great ideas just for those speeding days, when something needs to be rich in, and fine. And very often combine something because I'm forever in a hurry .. Otherwise I love pasta and rice, and everything I love this! 11th May 2010. 01:05
Recipes, Idi and photos are fantastic. Pasta and rice are a fantastic choice for lunch and light dinners. Pesto also adore, is not easy and you can do it in a thousand ways. I it is often true of course the classic basil, dried tomatoes, wild leek (when in season), and various herbs such as mint, parsley, or a spinach. Once I made pesto of arugula and not something I delighted. A lot of compliments and greetings. 12th May 2010. 11:33

As for pesto, my favorite one of walnuts, tomatoes, basil and ricotta, kantine it was literally choking: D, this classic "alla Genovese 'basil and pine nuts to me is a little too strong though and eat it, but rarely :)) ) 13 May 2010. 06:38
